Stephen Cornwell

Mortgage Loan Officer

NMLS# 1115856

Email me

Stephen is a Top Ten Public Speaker in the WORLD through Toastmasters International and has even Emceed at World Conferences. This Farmington Loan Officer stands firm in believing good communication can overcome many of the obstacles faced in the loan process. Pair that with 15 years’ experience as a Full-Time Realtor and you have a special package in this Loan Officer.

“People are afraid to communicate to clients on the front end about possibilities that could happen through the extensive process of a transaction, good or bad, because they’re afraid of losing the client.  I found exactly the opposite through my years of business. Because I communicate from the beginning, my clients trust me and even if we face obstacles, everyone is much more at ease,” Stephen says.

“I understand both sides. I know the Realtor’s needs.  When I was a Realtor, I wanted a Loan Officer that I could build a lasting relationship with, who understood my situations, my timelines, dilemmas, and yes, my HOURS. People told me when I switched over to loans that I would work long hours.  I responded ‘Have you ever been a Realtor!?’”

Having served in many leadership positions, HOA boards, mentor programs in schools, taking clubs to the highest award distinctions, coaching business owners on sales training, this native Nashvillian and Lipscomb University graduate Stephen Cornwell is ready to give you the his best.
