A partner at Farmington with more than 13 years of experience in sales and marketing, Billy knows Nashville. He was raised here, went to school here, works here and is active in the community.
Billy received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, then started his career working for the university’s athletic department, helping raise money for student-athlete scholarships. He later earned a master’s degree from Belmont University.
Billy quickly became one of Nashville’s top loan consultants, beginning at Franklin American Mortgage in 2002 and continuing to Countrywide Home Loans in 2005 before joining the Farmington team in 2008. He has received the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association Diamond Award for Excellence in 2012 and 2007, a Platinum Award in 2006, and two Gold Awards in 2004 and 2005.

Tim enjoys time with his family. In fact, he says taking his wife, Brittany, out on dates is one of his favorite things to do. That’s probably why Tim describes his co-workers at Farmington as being like a second family to him.
A graduate of Lipscomb University, Tim has been in the mortgage industry for 9 years. He enjoys just about anything sports-related and says the best thing about Nashville is the diversity of the people that you meet here.
Tim and Brittany have two sons, Cooper and Christian.

Nancy has a great appreciation for the growth and stability that Nashville and its surrounding communities provide. She was born and raised here and has a great understanding of the ever-changing market and requirements for mortgage lending, especially here in Middle Tennessee.
Nancy has more than 20 years of experience in finance and the mortgage industry. She enjoys helping each of her clients reach the dream of home ownership and takes pride in providing excellent service to make the process as smooth – and yes, maybe even as fun – as possible.
“Aside from great rates and loan products, Farmington has an amazing group of professionals who like to have fun in today’s hurried world,” Nancy says. “We provide the best in service and make each client’s experience smooth and personal.”
Nancy takes time to understand her clients’ needs and financial goals and takes pride in matching them with the best product available, whether it’s purchasing a home for the first time, refinancing, or investing in rental property.
When she’s not at work, Nancy is active at St. Georges Episcopal Church where she serves on the outreach committee, serving the greater Nashville community.
Cherith believes that communication and honesty are two of the most important components of a smooth loan process.
Cherith graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she attended on a full scholarship. Prior to her mortgage career, she served on the teaching faculties of both Belmont and Trevecca universities.
She joined Farmington in 2007, where she focuses on borrowers in Davidson and Williamson counties. But, as a Chattanooga native, she also continues to love working with her clients in Hamilton County.
Outside of work, Cherith is an accomplished pianist and accompanist. She is an active member and pianist at Abba’s House church and previously served on the People’s Church KidzPraise staff in Franklin. She is married to her “kindergarten sweetheart,” Tim. Together they have a blended family of four children, including Pierson, Alyssa Joy, and Ethan … and her “bonus kid,” Pierce.
As a former collegiate athlete and the current coach of a soccer team of 4-year-olds, Rick brings competitiveness (and patience) to his work in the mortgage industry. Rick attended Lambuth University on an athletic and academic scholarship, then transferred to the University of Tennessee. He now has more than 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
Rick takes his clients’ needs seriously and loves that at Farmington, he is able to close loans quickly as well as offer low rates and the most competitive options available to his customers. (See, there’s that competitiveness again.)
When he’s not working or coaching, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, Rhys and Rio. Forever an athlete, he continues to play golf, soccer, and basketball.
Brandon is the proud dad of two sons (with a third son on the way!) who especially enjoys Nashville in the spring … which may have something to do with his love of both tennis and golf.
After graduating from the University of Mississippi, Brandon has been in the mortgage industry for 7 years. As a Nashville native, he loves that Farmington is the only locally-owned mortgage shop in the city.
When he’s not at work, Brandon serves on the board of the Woodmont Christian Preschool.
Brandon and his wife live in Nashville with their sons, Bryan and Barton.

Billy is both a Nashville native and a Georgia Bulldog – and equally proud of both. After earning a business degree in finance from the University of Georgia, Billy returned to his hometown to work as a credit analyst for a Nashville-area bank before joining Farmington.
Billy, who attended Montgomery Bell Academy, says he enjoys living and working in Nashville because it still has a small-town community feel, despite being a growing metropolitan area.
He says working at Farmington is a rewarding experience, because he’s able to meet and exceed his clients’ needs in a great work environment.
Jon is a student of the mortgage industry. With more than a decade of experience, he has seen the many changes that have occurred and has made it his personal goal to possess as much knowledge about the changes as he can.
That’s a huge benefit for both Jon and his clients.
“I believe Farmington is a perfect spot for me to continue to grow my business and to provide the best experience for my clients,” Jon says.
Jon was raised in the greater Nashville area and says he’s glad to be raising his daughter, Emilee, in such a great city.
When he’s not helping his clients secure their mortgages, you’re likely to find Rich either playing golf or basketball, or spending time with his wife and children.
Rich is a graduate from Western Kentucky University with more than a decade of financial experience, both in retail banking and residential mortgage.
Rich is a family man. He says the time he spends with his wife, Angela, and two children, Watson and Emma, is the most important thing in his life. (A close second, however, might be his love for Kentucky basketball.)
He loves Nashville because it offers so many things to do and is close to family and friends and loves working at Farmington because he loves keeping his clients happy.
“I love working for Farmington because we are dedicated to a superior level of client relations,” Rich says. “In an industry where customer service is key, the team here at Farmington holds a happy client in the highest regards.”
